Food & Beverage Minimum
A minimum of $3,000.00 is required for all weekend events held in the banquet room. A deposit of $1,500.00 is due 90 days prior to the event. This price does not include beverages purchased at the bar during the event. If you fall short of the minimum, the remaining balance will be applied to your final bill.
Deposits and Cancellation Policy
Deposits for the banquet facility will be required immediately after reserving the space. Kilkarney Hills requires a deposit of the room rental for all events. All deposits are non-refundable. In occurrence of a cancellation, Kilkarney Hills will charge you the following fees:
Cancellation within 90 days of the event Deposits are non-refundable Cancellation within 60 days of the event 50% of your minimum Cancellation within 30 days of the event 75% of your minimum
Guarantees and Payments
Final guest count and full payment on estimated amount is due four weeks prior to the event. Kilkarney Hills will prepare 5% of food over the estimated guest count. We will not reimburse you for any guests that do not show. Final payment is due five (5) days prior to your event. If payments are received late, we will charge a 5% late fee.

Service Charges and Sales Tax
A service charge of 18% will be applied to the final bill along with a 5.5% sales tax. Taxable items include: food, hosted beverages, audio visual equipment, and our cake cutting service.
Health Department Regulations
According the State of Wisconsin Health Department, we cannot give leftover food to guests after an event.
Wedding Cakes
You may supply your own wedding cake, please make sure it is delivered to Kilkarney Hills as close to the reception time as possible. You, or the bakery, should supply a container for the top of the cake and any cake decorations. Our wait staff will gladly cut and serve the cake for $1.00 a slice. If you choose to cut your own cake, our staff will not serve it for you.
Smoking Policy
Kilkarney Hills does not allow smoking indoors. Smoking is only allowed outdoors; please advise your group to use the ashtrays outside.
Decorating
Kilkarney Hills provides the head table, cake table, gift table, punch table, and chairs. We do have a variety of decorations available for a cost; please let us know if you are interested. Any other decorations are your own responsibility. If you are providing candles we do not allow an open flame, make sure the candles are enclosed with a stable base. You can come and decorate the night before your event if there is not an event currently taking place. When decorating, we ask that you use scotch tape, masking tape, or light wire only. Please do not use staples, nails, or tacks. No crepe paper, glitter, or confetti on the table covers. Kilkarney Hills reserves the right to charge an appropriate fee if damage is done to the room.

Please see our dining menu for plated served meals and buffets. Prices may change due to demand and economic value. Kilkarney Hills will honor all prices once a deposit is received.
Liquor Policy
Kilkarney Hills is willing to accommodate any bar service needed for your special event. Please let us know how we can meet your needs. No liquor can be brought in by an outside party. All liquor must be bought and consumed on the premises. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to consume alcohol and will be escorted off the property if done so. Bartenders reserve the right to turn away guests if they do not provide proper identification.

Kilkarney Hills Golf Club strives to accommodate your every need. We provide cash bars and host bars, please let us know how we can be of service to you.
Bands/DJ
Please have your band or DJ fully set up by the time that dinner is served.We ask that the band stop playing by 12:00 a.m. and you are fully out of the room by 1:00 a.m. , otherwise we will charge $100.00 per hour that you use the room.
